3. Every member should obey the rules and regulation of PSDP.

1. There shall be a Head of PSDP and shall represent the unity of the PSDP.

2. A Person shall be elected by members.

3. A graduate from any recognized University for a term of 4years.

1. There shall be a Secertrary general of PSDP who shall keep the Head informed of internal affairs of PSDP.

2. A Person shall be elected by the Head and members.

3. A graduate from any recognized University for a term of 5 years.

1. There shall be a Provincial Head of PSDP in each province.

2. A Person shall be elected by  the Head , Secertrary general and members.

3. A graduate from any recognized University for a term of 4 years.

1. There shall be a Provincial Secertrary of PSDP in each province.

2. A Person shall be elected by the Head, Secertrary general, Provincal Heads and members.

3. A graduate from any recognized University for a term of 5 years.

1. A Head and Provicial Heads shall issue various funds for PSDP campaign.

2. Technical Diploma Holders or Professionals shall be eligible for a membership.

1. There shall be a PSDP Fund which has an Account no. in any Bank in the World.

2. All funds received should be replaced in that Single Account.

3. Secertrary-General and Provincial Secertrary-Generals can draw any amount by the approval of the Head and Provincial Heads.

4. Secertrary-General should be answerable to the members and audit teams about the PSDP Fund Campaign.

5. Funds shall be received from Firms, Organizations, and Members loyal to Socialism.

6. Financial Reports of PSDP shall be published in the local newspapers.

7. Funds shall be used on Main PSDP Assembly(1000 Members)

1. All members shall respect the laws of the Country (Pakistan).

2. All members shall respect the PSDP conditions and laws.

3. All members shall be first Pakistanis.
